Safety Policies

Make sure you have flat ground for designated area. Slopes or uneven surface will jeopardize our ability to safely set up.

Be weather prepared! Direct sunlight in Louisiana heat can make the equipment hot to the touch. Canopy recommended during summer months or hot days.

Have a back up indoor location in case of rain. We cannot set up in the rain. Rental date can be transferred based on availability due to weather.

Each package has a minimum size for set up. Please refer to the packages section to make sure you have enough space for set up. We cannot be responsible if there is not enough space to set up the play area. We can adapt the areas though so please discuss your space with us!

PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK

Children must be supervised by an adult (18 yr old)/parent/guardian while in play area.

NO Shoes, SNEAKERS, HIGH HEELS, FLIP FLOPS OR SANDALS are allowed on mats (play area) or in inflatable. SOCKS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES!

NO food, drinks or sweets, gum allowed in or on equipment

NO running in play area

NO diving in inflatable/ball pit or throwing balls out of ball pit

NO equipment should be removed from within play area

No uneven size difference of players

NO shoving, pushing, wrestling, piling or rough play in play area.

Play areas are designed for children under 5 years ONLY.

No paint stain/ mess-prone (i.e., glitter, slime, messy arty, temporary tattoos, face paint etc.) are not allowed in soft play areas

No more than the recommended amount of players on unit at any time (bounce houses: toddler 3 kids or up to 200lb. Red Full size 8 kids or up to 800lbs. Pink Full size 5 kids or up to 500lbs )

All sharp objects must be removed before play (including pens, pencils, jewelry, knives, eyeglasses, bling on pockets etc.
